We all know that the best way to lose weight involves a different thought process. Measuring portions, counting calories, and so on may work for some people, but for many it is just a cumbersome nuisance. I felt the same way.</p>
<p>There is no doubt that you can find articles about dieting everywhere. So called &#8220;diet doctors&#8221; are coming out with new plans every week. This week everyone is telling you there is a no doubt way to drop weight quickly, just up your protein intake. Next week something else says eliminate sugar, and carbs, it&#8217;s because you aren&#8217;t getting enough sleep, it&#8217;s because you don&#8217;t drink enough water, and this, that, and the other. When it comes down to it, no diet out there is suited for everyone when you&#8217;re looking for diets that work. Something that works for one person may not do a thing for another person. You may find yourself combining some diets to achieve your ultimate goal. The only way to succeed is to find the diets that work for you.</p>
<p>I tried a thousand different ways to lose weight by the time I was 40 with only little success or success that didn&#8217;t last. Then came the day I found a diet plan that worked more like a thought process than a diet. It&#8217;s pretty easy to grasp; if you reduce your fat intake to 10% of your daily caloric intake by decreasing or stopping eating animal products, and eat only whole foods. So why not, I gave it a shot.</p>
<p>There was no limit to how much of these foods I could consume, so I ate constantly, it seemed. I would even keep a small cooler with me and would eat veggies and fruits all day long. In the morning I would slice some cucumbers into vinegar, and make some lean fish or chicken. I was never really that hungry all at once because I was snacking throughout the day. Also, when you eat things like veggies and fruits, you can become full before you take in a ton of calories. When I felt just a little bit hungry I would nibble on some of my good foods I had handy.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t try to keep up with calories, eat at a specific time, or anything like that. As said before, it&#8217;s not so much of a diet plan more than an idea. Hunger never really played a role during the day, so I decided to stick with it for a month just to see what would happen. Just like that I lost a remarkable 23 pounds in 30 days. I found it unbelievable. What&#8217;s great is not only did I lose weight, my energy levels shot up like never before. Now I don&#8217;t have to keep searching for diets that work. Raw food diets or foods that are cooked in their &#8220;whole&#8221; state are the best diet plans to follow. As soon as you add your limited animal fats, you can have the perfect weight loss plan that will not only help you to drop weight, it will bring your energy levels up to new heights.</p>
