			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you’re like most people, you want to lose weight, but you can do without added costs. This is especially true during these economic times. People (like myself) are looking to stay healthy, yet be sensible about what they spend their money on. Well, there are some cheap diets out there. I’m not talking about a cheap diet pill. I’m talking about bona-fide diets that work.</p>
<p>The first step is to get online, and start looking at the diets that work. This takes some effort, but the number of blogs about dieting is extensive, and an hour of research would be well worth the time. Begin by doing “reviews.”  If you’re looking for an idiot proof diet, start with a review of fat loss for idiots. The search term is sometimes entered using the number “four,” so you may want to search for reviews of fat loss 4 idiots. I’m not trying to be funny, here. There are actually search results for fat loss 4 idiots review. Lots of them! Bloggers have gone nuts with the terms related to dieting, so there is plenty of information out there to help you find diets that work. Quick diets too! There are 4 day diets, 3 day diets, 8 day diets, and so on. I once went on a 30 day diet. You know what I lost? Thirty days! Ha! Okay, back to being serious.</p>
<p>Another thing to keep in mind, is the fact that exercise is a key component to diet plans that work. And, exercise is free. As my doctor tells me, “Sidewalks are open 24 hours a day.” Walking for fitness is a cheap weight loss program that is simple and fun.</p>
<p>Finally, always consider the nutritional value of the foods you purchase. As stated earlier in my blog, whole foods (or &#8220;<a href="http://dietsthatworkinfo.com/diets-that-work-the-raw-food-diet/">Raw Foods</a>&#8220;) is the best way to go, but not always possible. If you have to consume processed foods, be sure to know the nutritional value. And (hopefully rarely the case) if you consume fast foods, certainly be aware of what you’re eating. You can go online and find information on McDonalds nutrition and Nashua nutrition and Puritan Pride nutrition, and so on.</p>
<p>So, whatever cheap diets you’re entertaining, be sure to do a little research to find <a href="http://dietsthatworkinfo.com">diets that work</a> and are full of good nutrition.</p>
